Refund & Dispute Policy

The short version
Blockchain transactions are irreversible by their nature. Once
an NFT has been successfully minted to your wallet, the sale is
final. However, we stand behind our service — if something goes
wrong on our end, we will make it right.
Completed purchases — no refunds
Once a transaction is confirmed on the Polygon blockchain and the
NFT has been delivered to your wallet, the purchase cannot be
reversed. This is a property of blockchain technology, not a
policy choice — we have no mechanism to reclaim a token that
has been validly transferred.
Please verify the planet you intend to buy and your wallet address
before confirming any transaction.
When something goes wrong — common scenarios
Payment succeeded but NFT was not delivered
If your transaction shows as successful on the blockchain
but the token did not arrive in your wallet, contact us
immediately with your transaction hash. We will investigate
and deliver the token manually if confirmed.
Transaction failed but POL was deducted
A failed transaction may consume gas fees, but POL paid
toward a purchase price is returned automatically by the
smart contract. If you believe purchase funds were not
returned, contact us with your transaction hash and wallet
address.
Auction won but NFT not received
If you won an auction and the token was not minted to
your wallet within 24 hours of auction close, contact us.
Settlement is automatic but we monitor for failures and will
resolve manually if needed.
Duplicate charge or billing error (card payments)
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase,
contact us within 7 days with your order details. Confirmed
duplicate charges will be refunded to your original payment method.
Token sent to wrong address
We cannot recover tokens sent to an address you do not control.
Always double-check your wallet address before purchase. If the
error was caused by a bug in our platform rather than user entry,
contact us and we will assess the situation individually.
How to raise a dispute
Contact us via the support page with:
- Your wallet address
- The planet name or token ID
- Transaction hash (if applicable)
- A description of what happened
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Complex cases involving
on-chain investigation may take longer.
Card payment chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer for a completed
and delivered NFT purchase, we will provide evidence of delivery to
contest the chargeback. We encourage you to contact us directly
before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved faster
that way.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The current version is always at
this URL.
This is a working draft. Exoplanetary Systems, Inc. recommends
